MANY rejoiced when Sarah Geronimo was given by ABS-CBN a show of her own. It gave birth to Sarah G. Live which aired before Vice Ganda's show every Sunday.
But the excitement is over now when the show bid goodbye last Sunday. Was it conceived to last only for one season?
Nowadays, we don't hear poor ratings as the reason why the show was axed. They prefer to say that it is better to quit while the rating is high.
Still, we fail to see the logic.
Anyway, we don't think the absence of a show will hugely affect the popularity of Sarah. There are other projects lined up for her. Kaya lang, nabawasan ang kanyang income. Unless, her talent fee as judge on The Voice which will be hosted by Toni Gonzaga would be at par.
